1. Agreement to Terms

You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the Platform and using the Services. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) phwil account. Creation of multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and exclusion from future participation in the Services. phwil employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phwil accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banking institutions including but not limited to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account status, and applicable regulations.

Deposits are typically credited to your phwil account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and factors beyond phwil's control. phwil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phwil account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Pesos (PHP 300).

Standard withdrawal processing time is twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours from the time of request, though most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within minutes during business hours. phwil reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000) or for accounts flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

In the event of technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phwil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures
• Demonstrating behavior harmful to other users or phwil's business interests

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. phwil reserves the right to withhold any funds in accounts terminated for breach of these Terms pending investigation and resolution of outstanding issues. Legitimate account balances will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to phwil.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your phwil account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened, and you must create a new account if you wish to use the Services again in the future.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
